White aluminum oxide have a super clean surface because of our micronizing and washing process. During this process we eliminate the submicron dust on the surface of the alumina crystals. The clean surface prevents particles that will interfere with the bond between the alumina and coating materials during the curing process. Micro can also add silanes and/or other coupling agents that will enhance the bond between the alumina and coating materials.
